Your training and account
We use your profile, workout results, photos and social activity to provide WODTrackr.
Photos use public links
Anyone with a photo link can open it. Blocking does not revoke shared links or downloaded copies.
What we collectAccount, training and community data
Account identity, profile information, workout results, personal records, comments, photos, follows and notifications support training and community features. Device registration tokens enable push notifications.
Reports and moderation records support community safety. Reports can be reviewed only by platform moderators. When you submit a report, an email provider sends its reason and a link to the monitored support inbox so it can be reviewed.
Who processes your dataProviders for sign-in, hosting and notifications.
Supabase processes account and sign-in information and stores training records, community content and photos so WODTrackr can provide its features.
Vercel hosts the website and processes requests to the service. Vercel Web Analytics processes website usage information.
Apple or Google processes sign-in information when you choose that sign-in method. Their notification services process device registration tokens and notification content to deliver push notifications.
The native app keeps its session in device secure storage. The website uses session cookies. Apple revocation credentials are encrypted on the server. We do not use AI to moderate your content.
Deletion & retentionWhat is removed and what is kept
Account deletion removes your personal training history, social content and hosted photos. Shared workouts and other athletes’ records remain. Replies and reactions on your deleted activities are also removed. Cached or downloaded copies cannot be recalled.
Deletion is processed within 7 calendar days. Completion is confirmed only after verified data removal and any required Apple token revocation.
Completed deletion requests are kept for 30 days. Minimal proof of deletion is retained longer only when needed to cover the verified backup restoration period. Apple credentials are removed after successful revocation; temporary confirmation details are removed when no longer needed. Closed reports and related moderation records are retained for 30 days after handling. Minimal suspension records remain while a suspension is active, then for 30 days after it ends.
Restoring a backup does not undo your account deletion. Your deleted account and personal data will not become available again.
